You’ll need to be able to lay down or sit down comfortably 25-40 minutes each day. The sessions are designed to be used over a 4 week period. Though many clients choose to listen more because they enjoy the relaxation. Session 1 – Confidence in Yourself & as God’s Child
This session is designed to help you feel confidence in yourself again and help you fully believe you are God’s cherished child.

Session 2 – Releasing the Past & Resting in God’s Love

– helping you release anything from your past that may be holding you back
– helping you to move on from past hurts
– helping you feel God’s love more
– helping you feel confidence in God’s unfailing, unconditional, love for you

Session 3 – Confidence at Work or in Your Job
This session helps to build self-confidence in your abilities. Whether your job is outside the home or your job is taking care of your children and household. This session helps you to have the confidence and energy to do your job well.
In this session we will focus on:

– helping you to feel confidence in your knowledge about your job
– helping you feel confidence in speaking up when you need to
– helping you to have confidence to learn new things needed to do your best
– helping you to believe in yourself and your God-given abilities
Session 4 – A Walk by the Sea
This session takes you on an imaginary guided walk along the sea. This session allows you to choose the area you want more confidence in. Then the session works around your topic helping you to release hurts associated with that area and then boosts your confidence in that area. Listen to it once or a hundred times, choosing the same or a different area to work on.
